In April 2015, we collaborated with our company to customize intelligent integrated equipment. In June of the same year, the first batch of intelligent integrated equipment was put into trial production line of Dongguan XXXX Co., Ltd. After nine months of verification, Dongguan XXXX Co., Ltd. The original number of more than 500 workers was reduced to 430, which saved about 2.6 million yuan in labor costs!

According to the current situation of the customer's workshop environment, the intelligent production line for cable processing needs to adapt to AC 220V, 5-6 KGF clean and dry air power supply.
1. adopt Japanese imported Panasonic servo high torque motor, TBI/THK screw guide, accurate, efficient and stable.
2. Touch screen touch mode adjustment, including: wire length, opening length, half stripping length, line length, tail cut length, etc. one button to complete; touch screen adjust the end position, adhesive coating depth, hit the terminal more accurate and stable;
3. Computer-based automatic detection: low pressure, the number of metering, total capacity measurement, motor abnormalities, terminal stamping abnormalities, such as abnormal automatic shutdown, detection shows the cause of failure, convenient and rapid troubleshooting;
4. simple debugging can greatly reduce the time of machine adjustment.

After the front/end processing unit is put into the intelligent production line, it must have the functions of outer skin peeling, riveting terminal and abnormal alarm system, mainly including:

1, suitable for UL double parallel power cable.
2. Digital control wire cutting length range: (200-10000 + 5MM)
3. Digitally adjust the length of peeling (range: riveting terminal 5~30mm, front and rear riveting terminals).
4, digitally control the position of riveting terminals.
5. Imported high speed steel peeling knives.
6. Adopt 4 ton riveting device, use OTP style mold, adjust pressure mechanically;
